The Rivesaltes Memorial

Located between Rivesaltes and Salses, the Camp de Rivesaltes Memorial bears witness to 3 major conflicts of the 20th century: the Spanish Civil War, the Second World War and the Algerian War, where almost 10,000 "undesirables" were interned.

A deeply moving cultural site that recounts the heavy historical past of 60,000 people.
